DOT/FMCSA compliance: checklist to operate legally

Authority, BOC-3, UCR, IFTA and ELD: what you need to run without fines or suspensions.
Operating legally in interstate trucking requires several filings. MC authority (motor carrier authority) lets you operate as a for-hire carrier. The BOC-3 designates your process agents. UCR (Unified Carrier Registration) is a mandatory annual registration. IFTA simplifies paying fuel taxes across states. The ELD records hours of service electronically.
Non-compliance can lead to fines, suspension of your authority or audit problems. At SIXX STAR we guide you through the whole process and give you a compliance checklist. Learn about our regulations service.
